One Here One There / MED project
One Here…One There provides a mechanism for college students in the United States to include a donation with their tuition payment, in order to support African children in African schools. MED partnered with One Here…One There in 2006 to fund 100 Maasai primary school children from Kajiado district to attend school. The program makes it easy for every student in the west to sponsor one student in Africa. One student here helping to educate one student there! The partnership provides students with schools uniforms, schools supplies, books and other educational materials.
