Through the work of MED hundreds of Maasai families are beginning to realize the value of educating their daughters. Thanks to the Ambassador's Girls Scholarship Program, MED has now expanded to include over 20 schools in its scholarship program. These are some of MED success stories.
The "Big Three" In December 2004, Agnes
Kainet, Eunice Kaelo and Evelyne Nashipae, MED sponsored
students, with tremendous community support, began a journey
to fulfill their dreams of training to be doctors in the
United States of America. These girls were provided with
full scholarship by MED and its partners to study pre-med
at Chicago States University.

Creating Employment and Economic Development
In 2006, MED employed 10 of its former funded students to work in various departments in the organization. Two of these students are now MED’s Network Administrators fully trained by MED at MED community college and at the African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute in Nairobi.
