The focus of every training package at MED-CC is on you, the student. Our Integrated learning approach consist of more than just taking a class, it's a complete method of assessing, learning reinforcing and validating training through flexible learning options, which include internship opportunities and community development programs.
Our Academic Programs target low income students from Kenya, not only Maasai but all students who are serious about gaining the practical skills, knowledge and hands -on experience they will need to enter into a career in business or information computer technology.
MED Community College located in Narok, Kenya offers, among other IT courses, training in Computer Literacy, Advance Computer Studies, Web Design, Computer Programming and the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA™). Everyone is welcome to apply and enroll in our ongoing programs. International students are welcome to apply to any of our courses.
At MED-CC, every student is assigned a faculty advisor who is available to answer questions about programs; to review past, current, & proposed an academic program; to guide educational & career planning, and to help with academically related problems.
The Librarian, who is also head of the mentoring department, provides supplemental advice for students in addition to that available from faculty advisors.
To apply: Procedures
Any one interested in attending MED-community College must satisfy procedures and criteria for admission. The following documents must be submitted to and be acceptable; KCSE or Equivalent certified documents which verify that the student have successfully completed high school.
Deadlines for Applications
There is no deadline to submit your application.
Application fee
There is a Ksh 500 non-refundable processing fee, which must accompany the application.
Scholarship Awards
Students with B+ and above in their high school certificate will receive 50% tuition and fees scholarship upon admission.
Cisco Requirements
Applicants for Admission to the Cisco program are subject to selective screening based on academic achievement at secondary level. Student seeking to enroll in the CISCO program and do not have prior computer experience, must first enroll for a certificate in computer literacy at MED.
